Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Mix up the cookie dough and set aside.
Mix up the brownie batter. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
Roll the cookie dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap until it measures 9 x 13. Carefully remove from the plastic wrap and place the cookie dough on the brownie batter.
Bake 25-30 minutes or just until the top starts to brown. Do not over bake.
Let cool on rack for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
