Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, room temp
  • 2½ cups brown sugar,packed
  • 2 eggs, room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 ℉. Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar in bowl with wooden spoon. Add vanilla, mix in well.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and cardamon.
  5. Add to wet ingredients and mix in until almost all combined. Add in chocolate chips. Continue mixing until well combined.
  6. Spread evenly into pan.
  7. Bake for about 40 min or until middle is just set and not jiggly. Cool completely on wire rack. The middle will settle.
  8. Slide out onto cutting board and cut into squares.
