Line a 10 x 15 rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Add in the quick oats. Once they are well mixed in, add in the nuts, fruit and baking chips.
Dump onto baking sheet and press into a flat layer using the back of a measuring cup.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden around the edges and bubbling.
Let cool in pan before removing and cutting into bars. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
