Easy Creamy Fudge

Serves: 25 pieces
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup salted butter, room temp
- 1 can condensed sweetened milk (300 ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6- 1 ounce squares of white chocolate
- Line a 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper- overhanging the paper so you will be able to lift out the fudge later on.
- In a large microwave safe glass bowl mix together the brown sugar, butter and condensed milk.
- Microwave for a total of 10 minutes, stopping and stirring very well every 3 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and add in the vanilla and white chocolate.
- Stir with a spatula until the chocolate is almost melted. Then beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Let set at least 3 hours, then cut into squares.
